When am I charged?
Free needs no card and stays free. Pro checks out through Stripe — you’re charged when you upgrade, then each month or year until you cancel.
Can I switch monthly ↔ yearly, or change plans?
Any time. The in-app billing portal handles upgrades, downgrades, and the monthly/yearly switch, and prorates the difference for you.
What happens if I cancel?
You drop to Free at the end of the period you already paid for, and keep everything that fits Free’s limits. Nothing is deleted out from under you.
Invoices, receipts, and payment method?
All self-serve in the billing portal — update your card, download invoices, and see your next charge without emailing us.
How is Team priced?
Per seat, sized to your team. Talk to us and we’ll quote it — no surprise minimums.
Is any of the safety behind a plan?
No. Atomic claims and a different-principal verifier are on every plan, Free included. Paid tiers add more boards and permanent history — not correctness.
