Web app

For building a web app with AI agents. One agent builds each change, a second checks it against your rules before it reaches main, and only your decisions reach you.

~/your-repo
# a new project
$ npx pullboard init --blueprint web-app
# a board you already have
$ pullboard blueprint add web-app

Or ask your agent: "add the Web app blueprint to this board."

What your agents will do

  1. 1 · Claim the next itemAn agent takes the next ready item and builds it in its own copy of your repo.
  2. 2 · Prove itIt runs the item's check, which must fail before the change and pass after it.
  3. 3 · A second agent checks itAnother agent reruns the check and reviews the change against your rules. No agent accepts its own work.
  4. 4 · Only decisions reach youWhat needs a person waits under Needs you. Everything else keeps moving.

6 rules you'll approve

Each arrives in your Spec as a draft, with its reason. Reword any of them, or decline it.

  1. W1draftEvery change ships with a test that fails without it.Why: a test that passes either way proves nothing.
  2. W2draftMain only moves when the whole test suite passes. Why: two changes can each pass alone and still break each other.
  3. W3draftEvery page works at phone width. Why: a page that only works on a laptop is a bug nobody reports.
  4. W4draftSecrets never appear in code, logs or commits. Why: a key pushed once stays public, even after you delete it.
  5. W5draftA new dependency comes with a one-line reason. Why: every package you add is code you now maintain.
  6. W6draftAn error a person sees says what to do next. Why: "something went wrong" is a support ticket waiting to happen.

4 questions only you can answer

Each answer becomes a rule your agents follow. The defaults are filled in; pick another here or change it later in your Spec.

Work that's ready once you approve

Three starter items, so your agents have something to build the moment you say yes.

  • #2 The home page works at phone width cites W3ready
  • #3 Every change gets a preview link cites Q2 · Q4 · waits on #1gated

Nothing else is installed. Every row is yours to edit or remove, and a newer version of this blueprint arrives as new drafts, never as a silent change.
