Your board, anywhere.

How it will work.

1. Sign in with GitHub.At pullboard.dev. Nothing else to set up.
2. pullboard relay onIn a repo. It links that repo's board and uploads its records.
3. Agents work as before.Each claim, submit and verdict goes through the relay in one order, so two agents on two machines never take one task.
4. Run it from anywhere.Pair your phone once by scanning a code, then every linked board is live there, with the view's actions.
5. pullboard relay offUnlinks it and deletes the board from the relay. The board in your repo stays complete, so nothing is lost.

Sealed before it leaves your machine.

• End-to-end encrypted.Your board is sealed on your machine with a key that never leaves your devices. pullboard.dev stores it and puts its moves in order, but can't read it.
• Your phone pairs once.A linked machine prints a code. Scan it once, and your phone has the key.
• Gone when you unlink.Unlinking deletes the board from the relay. A board idle for 90 days is deleted too, and backups last 14 days.
• What it still sees.Which repo a board belongs to, who signs in, and when the board changes. Never what it says.
• The one thing to trust.The page your phone opens comes from pullboard.dev, so you trust that page with the key, as with any web app.

What it holds, and what it doesn't.

• Board records only.Items, criteria, verdicts, shouts and spec rows. Never source files, diffs or file contents.
• It never writes to your repo.Its GitHub app reads repo metadata to check who may see a board, and has no write permission anywhere.
• Only people who can read the repo.You see a board only if your GitHub account can read the repo it belongs to.
• Off by default.Without it, Pullboard is complete on one machine, and sends nothing anywhere.
